Meet The Team

Tom - Shop Manager

Tom brings 15 years of automotive industry experience to his role as Shop Manager at Patriot Auto Service. His background includes time with NAPA Auto Parts as well as seven years at Daley Service Inc., a family-owned repair shop in Norfolk, giving him a strong appreciation for the personal service and relationships that are so important to an independent shop. Tom now brings that experience to Patriot, helping lead the team and ensuring customers receive the friendly, professional service they can count on. Family is a big part of Tom’s life outside of work as well. He and his fiancée, Sage, have two boys, Bryce and Mason, along with two dogs, Toby and Ruby. A longtime car enthusiast who grew up working on cars and riding dirt bikes, these days Tom’s favorite way to spend his free time is with his family.

Jaycie - Technician

Jaycie brings 10 years of automotive experience to the team at Patriot Auto Service, with a background working in family-owned repair shops. He has a strong interest in European vehicles, particularly Audi, and has completed specialized training that includes Worldpac technical training, Volkswagen TDI systems and Audi engine technology. His favorite vehicle to work on is an Audi, and his own Audi S7 is his favorite car to drive. Originally from St. Lucia, where he played football for his school and country, Jaycie comes from a large, close-knit family and enjoys spending time with them when he’s not working on cars. At home, he also enjoys time with his dog, Shiloh, and his cats, Turbo and Chubbs. Jaycie’s European vehicle knowledge and enthusiasm for automotive technology are a great addition to the Patriot Auto Service team.

Andy - Technician

Andy brings about eight years of automotive experience to the team at Patriot Auto Service, with a background working in family-owned repair shops. A lifelong car enthusiast, Andy started working on cars as a hobby and quickly discovered that he enjoyed the challenge of diagnosing and repairing them. He especially likes working on BMWs and other German vehicles because of their complexity and engineering. Andy is committed to continuing his education and expanding his technical training as he grows with the Patriot Auto team. Outside the shop, you’ll still usually find him working on cars, or heading out for a fishing trip. At home, Andy has two sisters, a twin brother, and a cat named Freddy.
